• Undoubtedly, the most important issue of this period was the NATO Summit. Between July 11-12, 2023, the summit held in Vilnius, Lithuania, is still spoken. After Turkey did not approve Sweden's membership for certain reasons, many alliance members began negotiations with Turkey.
